Footer is a section group in sections/footer-group.json.
Footer blocks

Setup
- Customize → Footer
- Add/reorder blocks in the footer section
- Set Content width per column (e.g. 33%, 16%)
- Create menus in Admin → Content → Menus for link lists
Newsletter block
- Heading, description, placeholder text
- Button label
- Legal note (terms/privacy links) — required for GDPR compliance
Color & spacing
- Color scheme — matches theme color schemes
- Padding top/bottom — section spacing
- Show payment icons — toggle card icons row
Store information
Theme settings → Store information provides default address, phone, and email used when blocks enable those toggles.
