What this page does
Lists all COD shipments for one courier. Search and filter, add/edit/delete, CSV import/export, bulk and single tracking sync, timeline, complaints shortcuts, Customer Msg / WhatsApp, and same-day row color highlights.
Status-filtered URLs use the same screen — see COD Shipments (status).

Steps
- In the sidebar, click a courier name (for example TCS), or open
/{slug}. - Use Search (
Consignment, order ref, mob…) to find rows. - Open filters for date range / status as needed.
- Click Add Entry (Edit permission) to create a shipment.
- Use Import for CSV (single-courier mode from this page).
- Click the refresh / sync control to bulk sync filtered rows (Edit).
- Open a row’s ⋮ menu for edit, timeline, complaint, Customer Msg, Courier Status Sync, delete.
